1 General Terms

Welcome to cbajji. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the cbajji platform (website, mobile site and related services). By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

These terms are legally binding on every user. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the cbajji platform.

• cbajji may request a government-issued identity document for age verification at any time.
• Failure to provide age verification documents may result in the account being suspended.
• If it is established that a user is under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited or won funds will not be returned.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on cbajji:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal time: processed within 1 hour.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits must come only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals must be requested through the same method used for the deposit.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, cbajji may request additional verification.

5 Bonus Policy

cbajji offers various types of bonuses and promotions. All rules related to bonuses are described below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
  Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000.
  Example: deposit ৳32,000 and receive ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳47,000.
• A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry and conditions — please read the relevant terms before accepting a bonus in your account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses can only be used on games designated by cbajji.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirement has been met can be withdrawn.
• If misuse or bonus manipulation is detected (including arbitrage betting), the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the cbajji platform:

• Each game has its own rules described within the game — please read them before starting.
• Bets completed due to a technical error may be considered void.
• cbajji is not liable for any bets cancelled due to network disconnection.
• In live casino games the dealer's decision is final. If a technical issue arises, contact support immediately.
• In sports betting a request to cancel a bet may be made before the match starts — however, cancelling in-play bets may not always be possible.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbajji platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception or system manipulation.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to bet or play games.
• Bonus abuse or taking advantage of promotions through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack or access other users' accounts.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Cyber attacks on cbajji's systems or servers.
• Attempting to lure or mislead other users.
• Infringement of cbajji's intellectual property or copyright.

8 Responsible Gaming

cbajji believes in responsible gaming. We place the highest priority on the wellbeing and financial safety of our users.

• You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• If you feel it is necessary, contact support to activate self-exclusion.

• Long-term inactive account (more than 12 months).

12 Changes to Terms

• Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
